Die Innonautin hat uns die letzten 30 Prozent einer Prozessinnovation gehoben. In einem 4-Stunden-Sprint, mit einer Mischung aus japanischen und westlichen Methoden, die wir so nicht auf dem Zettel hatten. Wir hätten nicht erwartet, so schnell so viele brauchbare Lösungen zu finden.
