I share my knowledge and experience of innovation management and strategic work to help you drive innovation and sharpen your management skills.
With 25 years of international experience working in various companies and in different roles, I specialise in combining innovation methods, project management and strategic consulting. I am passionate about making complex topics understandable, advising on strategic issues and leading innovative ideas to success.
Through my life in Japan, working with Asian business partners and my innovation training and subsequent cooperation with the Stanford Research Institute, SRI International, I have learnt how innovation is linked to speed, an open, curious mindset and a willingness to adapt.
Recognising pain points, taking into account the unique personality of each individual innovation manager and the ability to make accurate analyses are the key to coaching, convincing and inspiring.
